The restaurant is founded by the Fung's brothers who are famous in the industry in Macau. The elder brother, Mr. Fung Kin Fu is a former five-star hotel executive chef who has won various awards over the years. Mr. Fung is an authority on quality food and has often been invited as a judge on cooking competitions. The father of the Fung's brothers is also an experienced Portuguese cuisine chef. The brothers have incorporated the experience of their father to prepare the food. The mission is to provide typical Portuguese and Macanese cuisine and excellent service to customers.
